The unique status of the Free Zone provides
attractive tax and customs concessions and relief. The
acting Bulgarian
legislation is applied on its territory, however all
incoming and outgoing goods and services are exempt from
customs
duties, excise and VAT.

Import
/ Åõport
Foreign and Bulgarian goods can be “imported” in the Free Zone but legally
they are considered located outside the country. This way the customs regimes
on export, re-export, active improvement, etc. can be closed down, and finances
blocked for securing customs receivables can be released.
Re-export
Taking the goods from one company and forwarding it to another in a convenient
way is a truly valuable method applied in international trade and transport
– it helps keep business confidentiality, allows entering corrections in
the delivery details, surmounts the trade and transport restraints between
particular countries. It is possible to hand over ownership of goods in
the area of Rousse Free Zone, without having to pay VAT.
For re-export transactions we offer:
Complete customs clearance of incoming goods – closing down of a customs
regime, transport documentation clearance, issuance of a warehouse note for

Warehousing

Distribution
The unrestricted duty-free storage allows performing operative distribution
of goods to the end users’ warehouses – whenever and precisely whatever
quantity is demanded, thus preventing the needless freezing of cash for
duties and VAT.
Consolidation
The warehousing facilities at Rousse Free Zone are suitable also to be used
as a depot for taking various small consignments from around the country

fork-lift trucks of large scope lifting capacity, and various other items
