Non-Community Goods can be “imported” in Free Zone, in which case they are legally assumed to be outside the country. In that way different customs regimes are completed, such as export, re-export, processing in the customs territory etc. thus the blocked funds for tariff protection are released.
Duty free warehousing allows without limitation an operational distribution of goods to warehouses of the end user – when required and in needed quantity, in such a way avoiding additional expenditures for payment of fees and VAT.
